The goal of the managerial simulation game is to try out strategic decision making and its consequences in a simplified simulated environment. Decisions will be made via webpages of the simulation game. Players can consult possible issues during the game with the lecturer.

Before you begin, read the Rules thoroughly. Otherwise you wouldn’t know what’s going on.

Decision support file

To make the management of the game easier, we have prepared the most favourite tool of each manager – an Excel table. (Updated on October 17, 2023)
If you are about to download a new version of the table, use anonymous window of the browser to avoid downloading the older version stored in the cache of your browser.

The recent changes in the decision support file are:
– correction of the cell “B30” on the “ActualResults” sheet to “=B32-B28-B29-B31”
– correction of the cells H34 to K34 on the “ExpectedResults” sheet, where a part of the original formula referring to the “B29” or “$B$29” cell was replaced with the formula “IF(B29>0,1,0)”
So, you can just make these changes on your own, and you do not have to download the file again, and deal with the repetitive data transfer again…
